We are very proud of our facility and the way we care for our customers’ “best friends” and companions. We invite anyone who is considering boarding their pet to tour our facility well in advance of their trip. We encourage all our first time Boarders to come to our facility to meet us as well as several others in order to find the place best suited to their pets’ needs while they are away.
We are open every day, 365 days a year. We enjoy meeting prospective customers and welcome them to come and visit with us any day during our office hours - No appointment in advance is needed.
We recommend that our customers make their reservations well in advance as soon as they know their travel plans.
Many times our customers do not realize that their travel plans overlap with school breaks, holidays or peak vacation times. Anyone considering traveling over any major holiday weekend or during the months of July and August should reserve at least a month in advance.
When booking a reservation for a major holiday weekend or the months of July and August, we do require a deposit which is refundable if the reservation is canceled two weeks in advance.
A large part of our business is boarding pets that live in Manhattan - NYC. We pick up and deliver to anywhere in the greater Metropolitan area Monday through Thursday. Reservations for transportation services should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
