Office Hours

Your pet’s welfare is our primary concern. The Policies set forth below are to insure your pet’s safety from the time he/she leaves you until the time he/she is returned to you.

Monday thru Friday: 10 am -12 noon & 2 pm - 5 pm
Saturday, Sunday & Holidays: 10 am - 12 noon & 3 pm - 5 pm

Pets must be dropped off at the kennel no later than 4 pm.

Pets may be picked up at the kennel until 5 pm.

Charges

From Monday thru Saturday, we charge by the day. Boarding begins the day your pet either arrives at our kennel or is picked up in our van. Boarding ends when your pet leaves our care. If you receive your pet before 12 noon, you will not pay for that day. All pets in our care after 12 noon will be charged for that day. “In our care” means at our kennel, in our van en route to your home or in any way our responsibility.

On Sundays and Holidays, regardless of what time you collect your pet, or what time it is returned to you, there will be a charge for that day.

No pet will be released without payment in full.

We accept all major credit cards (VISA & MasterCard), cash and checks are accepted.

All returned checks are subject to a $35 fee.

Deposits

There is a deposit of $55.00 required to hold a reservation for all major Holiday Weekends and for all of July and August. Deposits are refundable up until two weeks before your arrival date. You will be responsible for payment for time reserved.
